Access to Sperse intended for personal use only
Sperse Services are intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not take any content of the result page from a Sperse search and reformat or display it or mirror Sperse's search on your website. Changes to Terms of Service
No Automated Querying
You may not send automated queries of any sort to Sperse Sites without express permission in advance from Sperse. Note that "sending automated queries" includes, among other things:
--Using any software which sends queries to our Sites to determine how a website or webpage ranks for various queries or for any other reason
--Performing "offline" searches on any Sperse site.
You agree not to use our Sites to:
--Disseminate or transmit any Content (paid and unpaid search results and all websites hosted by Sperse) that infringes or violates any party's copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent or other proprietary right, including, but not limited to, using third party copyrighted materials, without appropriate permission, using third party trademarks without appropriate permission or attribution, or using or distributing third party information (whether or not protected as a trade secret) in violation of a duty of confidentiality;
--Violate any law or regulation (local, state, provincial, national, or international) whether or not intentionally;
--Interfere with or disrupt the Sperse Services, our Sites, or servers or networks connected to our Sites, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Sites;
--Engage in any activities that would violate the personal privacy rights of others, including but not limited to, collecting and distributing information about Internet users without their expressed permission, except as permitted by applicable law; or
--Post any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programmes designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
